Please note that we have a six-week cancellation policy for the containers / camper van pitches, and if a cancellation occurs within six weeks of the Check In date, we will be unable to refund or reschedule your stay. The Barn has an 8 week cancellation policy, and if a cancellation occurs within 8 weeks we will be unable to refund or reschedule the stay. We will be unable to update these dates to our website or social media either.
If any payments are not made before six weeks of the Check In date, we shall be entitled to treat your booking as cancelled, any booking fees paid will be forfeited.
If you do allow longer than 6 weeks and need to cancel, we are able to refund the full amount minus a cancellation fee of £15.00 per booking.
Full payment will be required upfront when the booking is confirmed. If final payment is not completed within six weeks of the Check In date, your booking will be automatically cancelled.
