This is quite possibly one of the most exciting additions to Kip & Nook.

First up we have the ice bath station - or just a normal bath if icy temperatures aren't for you - however, plunging into an ice bath has been shown to not only help ease muscle pain and inflammation, but stimulate and repair the central nervous system.
Jumping from cold to hot... take a seat in Kip & Nook's very own sauna for a soothing and rejuvenating experience. Finally, the Breathing Room offers a dimly lit chill-out area, complete with fresh robes, refreshments and hammock chairs to drift you into total relaxation.
The Breathing Room also has its own toilet and shower facilities for your private use during your occupancy of the space.
The price is £45 per couple for 1½ hours of exclusive access to The Breathing Room.
The Breathing Room must be pre booked. Please email us to add The Breathing Room experience onto your stay.
Don't worry if you are not staying on site, you can still use The Breathing Room at Kip & Nook. Come join us for a yoga class in our beautiful studio and add the ice baths & sauna on to make a perfect wholesome morning.
