KIP & NOOK
Kip & Nook is a little patch of heaven nestled in the Yorkshire countryside and is the ultimate hideaway. As a treat for Key’s birthday this year, I booked Kip & Nook with relaxation and luxury in mind and we were treated to both and then some. Kip & Nook has a collection of unique and quirky places to stay from cosy containers and off-grid hideaways to a barn big enough for 8 guests. There is a stay for everyone in mind. We opted to stay in Big Bro, the newest addition to the Kip and Nook family and had everything we needed for a couple nights of relaxation. Whichever accommodation you opt for, a peaceful break away from the hustle and bustle of daily life is guaranteed. You’ll find complimentary cocktails on arrival, options for pizza or thai nights so you don’t have to cook and wood-burning hot tubs, lit and ready for your arrival. What’s more, the hideaway is completely surrounded by nature. We couldn’t have opted for a more perfect spot to celebrate Key turning 30.
BABY BRO
Hidden away in your own corner of Kip & Nook, Baby Bro is the perfect option for those who want to make the most of the outdoor surroundings. From your own dreamy private garden equipped with a fire pit and wood-burning hot tub to the most amazing outdoor shower, we really did spend most of our time outside. We were recommended Baby Bro from the guys at Kip & Nook based on our personal lifestyle and preferences and they could not have been more spot on with their choice. We absolutely loved waking up, pulling the sliding doors of the container open and letting in the sunlight before spending our whole day outside in our private garden of dreams! The double-head outdoor shower is a personal favourite of mine and is an experience like no other. If an outdoor kitchen, shower and camping loo isn’t your vibe, then no worries, there are other hideaway options to choose from. The inside of the cabin is perfect for hunkering down and getting cosy, with a log-burning fire, comfy sofa and huge bed with a view looking out to the garden. There’s a mini fridge and coffee-making facilities inside to make those mornings all the more perfect.
THE WORKSHOP
The workshop is the perfect vintage hangout that sets this hideaway experience apart from all others. This space is where you’ll find the vintage cocktail van serving up yummy drinks, the pizza oven ready to go, a pool table, ping-pong, darts and a games console room among many other fun things to do. It’s got such a fun vibe, with vintage cars, neon signs and posters decorating the walls. There’s also a yoga studio upstairs which hosts a monthly retreat as well as offering up private sessions for guests should you wish! It’s the ultimate cool hangout.

The guys at Kip & Nook will undoubtedly look after you for the entirety of your stay and make you feel so special. Whether it’s an off-grid escape, a wilder outdoorsy experience or a more luxurious stay you’re after, the guys at Kip & Nook will make sure to recommend to you the hideaway that matches perfectly with your needs. It is evident from the moment you arrive that the little details are all thought out. Cocktails are offered on arrival, little personal welcome notes and chocolates are left in your hideaway, hot-tubs are ready lit and waiting for you (robes included!) and pizza is offered up every night should you so wish! The Kip & Nook team have thought of everything so just know you are being well looked after.
